Hurst Camaro Series 5

Muscle car tuner Hurst unveiled their latest project recently in the shape of the 2010 Camaro Series 5. It is a special edition, limited to only 50 units, which means that exclusivity will be one of the key selling points. It is the first time Hurst have added a supercharger to the American muscle car, bringing power up to a respectable 445bhp.

The supercharger has been developed especially for the American company in a joint venture with Magnuson. Other performance upgrades include the Magnaflow polished exhaust system, the Eibach suspension and new performance tyres.

The exterior receives a custom paint job with gold mica infused white providing the central colour and gloss black graphics with gold stripe detailing finishing the unique look. As far as wheels go, 20×9 inch and 20×11 inch black-chrome Hurst forged are offered which appear to fit the cars look perfectly!

Interior changes include graphite leather with gold stitching and embroidered Hurst logos as well as new embroidered mats. Theres a new shifter for both manual and automatic cars and each one comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

No word on price yet but expect the first example to be auctioned off at this year’s SEMA motorshow!
