Some of you might have a headache from Friday’s nightlife, but this video is definitely worth to put the speakers on maximum. 1. Nice! This happened here in São Paulo/Brazil in a street called Via Europa where there are most of the luxury car dealers such Ferrari, Lambo, Spyker and others..
FYI, a Brazilian pays 1.6 Million Reais to ride a Ferrari F-430! This is USD 940,000.00!!
    or EUR 630.000,00
It´s a WAY more than you guys pay there in your countries…
And you know why? Government taxes. Damn the government!

  2. And we complain about our taxes… howly…

That is nine times the normal sales price around here… What does a Veyron or Enzo do in Brazil… haha 10 milion?

    MR

  3. “I love the smell of burnouts in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn’t find one of ’em, not one stinkin’ dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill smelled like victory.”

    (Slightly adapted from Apocalypse Now)

  4. MR, you´re right on that. That is LOT´s of times more than the average price everywhere!
I´ve been to Miami a couple of times and saw that Braman Luxury Dealer.
Then back home I tryed to compare the prices and it´s outrageous. You asked about the Veyron, and as far as I know there´s one on that same street in SP, in a dealer that also has Pagani Zonda. A friend of mine told me that he asked for it and the price is (get ready!) U$ 2,470,000.00
Anyway, another example of how Government taxes can do amazing distorsions (prices here in Brasil)
    Camaro 6.2 SS 2010 = U$180,000
    VW Passat V6 2009 = U$98,000

It´s outrageous guys… really is… They tax imported products in a way that only a very few members of the A class can buy.
We know that Ferraris, Lambos, Mercedes and others are very nice cars everywhere, but the thing is that a guy that buys a Ferrari here pays so much in taxes that if he got that same money he could build a fleet of ferraris there in US. It´s ridiculous…
Now you understand why there are som many tourists buing things there in Florida, NY, London.. Because even paying the entire trip, it still worth to buy clothes, eletronics, cars, auto parts and a bunch of stuff there in US and UK..
    :-/
