We haven’t heard much from AMG’s baby recently, the companies headlines have been dominated recently by ‘Black Series’ editions. German tuning company Vath have put some work into SLK, making it look fresher and feel a lot faster! 0-100kph (62mph) times of around 4 seconds are claimed and a top speed of 186mph (300km/h).
To start with, the displacement has been increased from 5.5 litres to 5.8 litres, then they’ve added a supercharger. As a result the car now put’s out 565bhp and 569lb-ft of torque! A new aerodynamics kit, a carbon fiber front lip spoiler and a new stainless steel sport exhaust finish the kit. Larger 19in alloys with 235/35 and 265/30 tyres also feature in the kit.
