As the name suggests, it is a Coup\u00e9 and it goes head to head with the new <a href=\"https:\/\/gtspirit.com\/2014\/01\/13\/detroit-2014-bmw-m4-coupe\/\">BMW M4 also being displayed<\/a> at the same show! We took a closer look at the very impressive dark blue car at the Lexus stand.<\/p>\n<p>The F performance model, based on the RC coupe, gets its roar from more than 450 horsepower and more than 383 pound-feet of torque all courtesy of an all-new 5.0-liter 32-valve V8 engine that will provide increased maximum power at higher engine rpm than previously possible.<\/p>\r\n<div most powerful V8 engine the Japanese marque has ever constructed. Lexus say that the car should weigh in at under 1,800 kilograms. The RC F will be limited to a top speed of 270 km\/h. It is the first challenge for the new <a href=\"https:\/\/gtspirit.com\/category\/supercars\/bmw\/\">BMW<\/a> M4 and we think it looks pretty stunning!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gtspiritmedia.com\/gtspirit\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_2932-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gtspiritmedia.com\/gtspirit\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_2932-1-640x480.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-89063\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>At the front the signature Lexus spindle grille, featuring a subtle F-pattern on the lower half, dominates the front of the RC F from the bottom of the hood to the lower lip.
