Bentley made the Continental GT Speed Convertible official today. As well as the engine upgrades we speculated about, it also gets the close-ratio eight-speed transmission, uprated and lowered suspension and retuned steering. Essentially its the same car as the GT Speed, except the roof has been removed!

Bentley are marketing the Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible as the fastest four seat convertible, and rightly so. It features a twin-turbocharged 6.0 liter W12 with 625hp produced at 6,000rpm and 800Nm of torque. That is enough for a 0-100km/h of 4.4 seconds, to 60mph, the Bentley is 0.3 seconds faster.
