The estimated dama ge is 800,000 Yuan ($ 127,000), from which 500,000 Yuan will be covered by his insurance. The youngster has to pay the other 300,000 Yuan from his own pocket, and since he works as a cook for 2,000 Yuan, the payment would be stretched for a pretty long time.<\/p>\n<p>But there seems to be a way out of this. Firstly the Phantom had no license plates, and secondly it was parked in violation of traffic rules.
