The <a href=\"https:\/\/gtspirit.com\/2019\/03\/05\/1-1-bugatti-la-voiture-noire-revealed-e11000000-price-tag\/\">Bugatti La Voiture Noire<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/gtspirit.com\/2019\/08\/16\/first-impression-bugatti-centodieci\/\">Bugatti Centodieci<\/a> were created by Bugatti designers for collectors. Bugatti has now made clear that it won\u2019t accept accept requests from collectors to create something bespoke.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autocar.co.uk\/car-news\/new-cars\/bugatti-wont-accept-request-special-projects-says-boss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Autocar<\/a>, Pierre Rommelfanger, Bugatti\u2019s head of custom projects, explained that the company will retain control of the cars that it produces. Rommelfanger explained that \u201cputting one prototype-ish car together and then giving it to the people would be way too irresponsible\u201d. Not to mention issues with production capacity and managing demand.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that the world\u2019s richest people won\u2019t be able to use Bugatti as a coach builder, Rommelfanger confirmed that Bugatti is expecting to be able to offer more one off and special editions in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/gtspirit.com\/2018\/10\/03\/first-impression-bugatti-divo\/\">Bugatti Divo<\/a> was announced last year and is expected to begin production next year. The Divo has a limited edition production run of 40 examples which may take as long as a year to produce. The one-off La Voiture Noire will follow in 2021 with the 10 Centodieci to follow in 2022.
