The InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront is located in a completely refurbished historical downtown building, providing guests with views over the Mississippi river and downtown Saint Paul.<\/p>\n<p>A multi-million dollar investment was involved with renovating the historical downtown building, which was originally built in the mid-1900&#8217;s.
