A few days ago, Lamborghini reached a rather important milestone in its history. The 22nd of March marks the day that the 5000th Lamborghini Aventador rolled of the production line in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.

The specific Aventador that took the honor of being chassis number 5,000, is a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster Rosso Bia and is reserved for the Italian market. The first big milestone in Aventador history was the 2,000 vehicle mark back in 2013. Starting deliveries in 2011, it’s now been five years which equals a production of 1,000 Aventadors per year on average.
