Lamborghini recently wrapped up its Winter Accademia driver’s training program, with over 130 participants from 25 different countries in attendance.

The program took place from the end of February till the beginning of March and guests drove the Lamborghinis in Italy as well as the United States. They were offered two types of courses: “Intensivo”, with a duration of one day and “Avanzato”, which was for two days.

Fifteen instructors, including Lamborghini GT3 factory drivers were there to guide the participants. They gave them theoretical lessons, tips on how to control oversteer and finally, how to get in good lap times.

The fleet comprised of a total of 25 cars, including the Aventador SV and the Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo racecar. They were equipped with Pirelli Winter Sottozero tires for optimum grip on snow.

Interestingly, the age of the participants varied from 21 to 60. USA, UK and Netherlands had the most number of attendees, while others came from countries like India, Oman, Poland, Taiwan and Slovakia.
