Revealed as the third addition to Ferrari’s XX-programme, the Ferrari FXX K is the fastest and most powerful track-car the Italian marque has ever offered for its customers. While it’s unclear just how many have been produced thus far, we’ve seen FXX Ks hitting tracks around the world and most recently, a handful participated at the Finali Mondiali Ferrari 2015 event at the Mugello Circuit.
While the FXX K is based around the LaFerrari, it is a true racing car through-and-through. From its aerodynamically-focused design right down to the stripped-out interior and custom racing seat, it offers Ferrari’s most prolific and wealthiest customers the opportunity to drive and own one of the automaker’s finest ever performance-focused creations.
Throughout the following video, we get to see a number of FXX Ks sprinting around the track and as you’d expect from the very best racing cars, they all happily spit flames under heavy acceleration and during both upshifts and downshifts. Additionally, the carbon ceramic brake discs can be seen flowing on a number of occasions!
