As soon as the Ferrari LaFerrari was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013, it wasn’t a surprise to anyone that all 499 examples sold out quickly. Due to the vehicle’s rarity as well as the demand for it, it’s quite uncommon for any third party dealerships to have LaFerraris up for sale. However, the exclusive Prindiville dealer in London currently has just that.

This particular LaFerrari is a 2014 model and as with most other LaFerraris produced, it is painted in Ferrari’s traditional shade of Rosso Corsa. As it is quite new and has covered a mere 1000 km, Prindiville describes it as being in as-new condition.

Currently, the car has an asking price of 2.34 million pounds. To put that into perspective, it is almost double the hybrid hypercar’s original retail price in the United Kingdom. While it isn’t known just what optional extras this LaFerrari has been fitted with, rest assured that the massive price premium is largely as a result of the exclusivity and demand for the vehicle.

In case you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past two and half years, here’s a quick reminder of just why the LaFerrari is so sought-after. It is powered by a 6.3-litre V12 engine mated to an electric motor and delivering a total of 950 hp. That makes it the most powerful of the three hybrid hypercars and thanks to its seven-speed transmission, rear-wheel drive and launch control system, it can achieve sub-10 second quarter miles.
