Video: Maserati MC12 GT1 Centenario on the Street

Certainly one of the most recognisable cars from the short-lived FIA GT1 Championship was the Maserati MC12 GT1. Obviously based around the road-going MC12, the GT1 features a host of aerodynamic and mechanical changes to make it a pure-bred racing car capable of matching it with some of the world’s finest.

In Belgium recently as part of the Zoute Grand Prix 2015, an epic MC12 GT1 Centenario hit the streets in a very rare public outing. While the car is obviously not street legal, it was able to drive on some local streets throughout the event. As you’d imagine, it turned heads and shattered eardrums like a true race car!
