Ferrari California T Crashes Hard in Ireland

A Ferrari California T has been crashed in Ireland leading to the arrest of its owner, according to Belfast Telegraph.

The crash occurred on Saturday in Holywood and saw the Italian sports car smash into two other vehicles. Preceding the crash, the 52-year-old California T driver was arrested by local authorities on suspicion of failing to remain, failing to report and driving when unfit. He has since been released on bail.

The California T which was only registered in June this year, has quite clearly suffered quite a lot of damage. Most significantly, the entire passenger side front wheel and hub assembly including the carbon ceramic brake disc and six-piston brake caliper, has been torn from the vehicle.

Additionally, the passenger side headlight has been smashed as has part of the bumper and the passenger’s front wheel arch. Damage was sustained to the rears of the two other cars.

Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.
