It has emerged that movie star Tom Cruise is looking to sell his Beverly Hills mansion for around $50 million.
Cruise is already looking to sell some of his properties in Manhattan, Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles and Telluride and his Beverly Hills house is one of his most impressive. He originally purchased it in 2007 with ex-wife Katie Holmes for $30.5 million.
The house is situated on a 1.21 acre block and includes seven bedrooms as well as nine large bathrooms throughout the 10,000 square feet of living space. Also found throughout the property is a large tennis court complete with basketball hoops, a swimming pool, multiple fountains, a couple of guesthouses and even a children’s playground.
