Currently leading the polls in the Republican presidential race in the United States, billionaire businessman Donald Trump is certainly making his presence and wealth known throughout the country. While he certainly isn’t lacking in funds, it’s emerged that Trump recently sold one of his Manhattan apartments for a cool $21 million.
The 6200 square foot property was originally listed for sale for $35 million. However, after sitting on the market for over a year, Trump was prompted to dramatically drop its price in order to sell it off. With a net worth of $4 billion however, we can’t imagine Trump is too upset to have dropped the price by $14 million.
The apartment itself is 6200 square foot in size and remarkably, has never actually been lived in. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms with all rooms adopting quite modern and fresh designs. Certainly one of the most impressive rooms is the lengthy kitchen with white cabinets and a large island bench. A massive stainless steel fridge is also pre-installed.
It remains to be seen who purchased the house but they’ll inevitably be quite comfortable in this palace in the skies.
