The presidential suite at the upcoming Viceroy Hotel Resort located on the famous Palm Jumeirah is for sale for a cool 104 million AED (US$28 million). If sold, it will likely be snapped up by a successful businessperson, royalty or celebrity.
The presidential suite will provide 37,804 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It will also include a large roof terrace, private elevator, an expansive and modern kitchen as well as large dining and living areas.
The hotel itself will open next year and feature 477 guest rooms and suites, all with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. Accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road, the Viceroy Hotel Resort Palm Jumeirah will be 30 minutes from the city’s downtown centre and 15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.
The hotel will include 800 square metres of wellness spaces including 14 treatment rooms providing massages, facials and more. It will also feature 10 dining and nightlife venues including a stunning rooftop bar.
