The property will open in October 2015 and will have 365 rooms, along with a banquet and conference area, five restaurants, a spa and a rooftop swimming pool that will give panoramic views of the city. It will be located nearby the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and “The Dubai Mall”, the world’s largest shopping complex.

The hotel Dubai is symbolic of our growing international presence at strategically important locations.”
The hotel will be managed by Steigenberger Hotels, but its ownership lies in the hands of Twenty14 Holdings- the hospitality unit of the Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Group.
“We are delighted to work with such a reliable partner as the Steigenberger Hotel Group. Together we will build a strong presence commencing with October’s opening of our hotel in Dubai and expand into other important destinations around Europe and Middle East,” commented Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director of Twenty14 Holdings.
Steigenberger Hotels, which is a subsidiary of Egypt’s Travco Group, will manage another property in Dubai for a different developer as well: the InterCityHotel Culture Village, which will be functioning by end of 2017. In total, the company operates 111 hotels in three different continents, of which 19 are under construction or at the planning stages.
