Last week we had the privilege of attending one of most prestigious events on the automotive calendar, the 73rd Goodwood Members Meeting. Sitting alongside the Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival, the Members Meeting focuses on older racing cars and this year’s event also played host to the biggest gathering of McLaren F1 GTRs ever. In total, 16 F1 GTRs were in attendance accounting for over half of the 28 unit production run.

Regarded as one of the most iconic endurance racers, the McLaren F1 GTR recently spawned a spiritual successor in the form of the McLaren P1 GTR. Despite the almost priceless nature of the F1 GTR, they hit the Goodwood circuit in a fury making for a truly unforgettable sight.
