The very first trailer for the 24th James Bond film, Spectre, has been released ahead of the film’s debut on November 6. Of course of most interest to us is that Spectre will be filled with high-priced exotic cars with the Aston Martin DB10 arguably the most formidable.
Specific plot details about Spectre understandably haven’t been released at this early stage but we do know the plot will be a follow-up to Skyfall, the most successful James Bond film ever. The following clip does provide us with a small snippet of the DB10 and it certainly sounds and looks extremely impressive when on the move.
The DB10 will be Bond’s choice of car throughout the film and earlier this year, footage emerged from the set of filming showing it attempting to outrun gunfire at England’s Blenheim Palace.
Beyond the DB10, Spectre will also feature a selection of Jaguar C-X75 concepts as well as numerous Land Rover models including the range-topping Range Rover Sport SVR. Other cars like a Porsche 959, Bugatti EB110 and an Audi R8 V10 GT have previously been seen on set.
As for the Aston Martin DB10, ten examples of it were created specifically for the 24th James Bond film meaning the car won’t be available to customers. Powering each example is the same 4.7-litre V8 as the Aston Martin V8 Vantage presumably delivering the same 380 hp.
