An ultra-brief clip of the latest installment in the Fast and Furious franchise, Furious 7, has been released ahead of a new trailer reportedly airing during the Super Bowl XLIX this coming Sunday.
The seven-second video shows numerous high-octane car stunts set to be featured throughout Furious 7 in what is promising to be one of the most action-packed films of the franchise. If reports are to be believed, the second trailer for Furious 7 could debut during coverage of the Super Bowl XLIX and it seems logical that it could feature scenes from this small ‘sneak peek’ clip.
As Furious 7 is set immediately after Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, the film kicks off after the death of Han in Tokyo. Additionally, Jason Statham will play a new character fighting against the Fast and Furious crew.
Additionally, Furious 7 has been filmed in a myriad of cities and countries around the world including Los Angeles, Abu Dhabi and Tokyo. The film will also return to its original heritage by featuring the underground Race Wars event in Los Angeles which featured in the first film.
Of course, Paul Walker passed away during filming for Furious 7 and has been replaced by his brother’s alongside CGI. Further actors in Furious 7 include the likes of Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriquez, Dwayne Johnson, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson and Jordana Brewster. Some of the cool cars will include custom Dodge Challengers, a Subaru Impreza WRX STI, Ferrari 458 Italia, Bugatti Veyron, Audi R8 and even the W Motors Lykan Hypersport!
