A 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Berlinetta is set to go under the hammer in March next year and is particularly noteworthy for the fact that it has only ever had one owner and spent the last 25 years of its life in a parking garage in Toronto, Canada.

During the first 18 years of ownership, Patrick Sinn put 56,000 miles on the Italian exotic but following a family emergency in 1989 where Sinn had to travel to Asia, the 365 GTB/4 Daytona Berlinetta began its long hibernation. Sinn only returned to Toronto in 1995 but career interests prevented him from getting back behind the wheel.

Another special feature about this 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Berlinetta is that it is finished in Rosso Rubino and when the final hammer drops, the car is expected to sell for over $600,000.
