The interior of the Jaguar XJ220 certainly isn’t the most luxurious or appealing to be featured in a record-setting supercar and that’s perhaps a good thing. After all, the XJ220 is a British car all about performance and certainly not luxury like many current Jaguar models. Despite this point, the owner of an eye-catching brown XJ220 recently headed to design studio Vilner to have the car installed with a thoroughly revised interior.

While the overall design of the interior has been upgraded, it remains true to the original car with most parts simply being reupholstered. With this in mind, brown leather is found throughout particularly on the seat and door trims as well as down the transmission tunnel.

Elsewhere Vilner has finished an array of components in brown alcantara such as the headliner and the inside of the A-pillars. One entirely new feature is the installation of a special steering wheel.
