White McLaren F1 Could Fetch $14 Million at Auction!

The one and only white McLaren F1 is set to go under the hammer in mid-August courtesy of Gooding & Company. This particular F1 was produced in 1995 and despite being almost 20 years old, has covered just over 1617 km!

Throughout its lifetime, it has been owned by three different people and the Marlboro White paintjob along with the gloss black wheels make it extremely unique. The sale includes the manual, tools as well as fitted luggage. What’s more, the car received an extensive service by McLaren back in 2008.

Under the hood, it is of course powered by the famous 6.1-litre BMW-sourced V12 engine. This powertrain delivers 627 hp at 7500 rpm and is connected to a 6-speed manual transaxle transmission. Braking is performed by Brembo calipers and drilled and vented Brembo discs.

The car is expected to sell for between $12 million and $14 million. If this price range is reached, it will become the highest price ever paid for a McLaren F1 after a red F1 sold for an insane $10.5 million a couple months ago!
