The Chicago Motor Show 2014 is take place this week. From the show floor, we spotted this Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Edition 1. The Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 has only recently been released on the US market. We thought it was worth bringing you another gallery!
The Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG is similar to the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG hatchback. This is most evident through the styling especially with the curves, the front, the difference comes in at the rear They even share the same engine, a twin-scroll turbocharged 2.0 liter engine.
The engine is based on the Daimler 2.0 liter turbocharged power plant developing a maximum output of 360hp and up to 450 Newton metres of torque. It uses the AMG Speedshift DCT seven-speed dual clutch transmission and a rear differential.
