Recently, Hennessey Performance took its insane Chevrolet Corvette Stingray HPE600 down a Texas toll road at 200 mph. Now, the always insane and always impressive American turner has released a dyno video previewing its potent HPE700 package for the C7 Corvette Stingray.
Hennessey literally provides every performance upgrade option for the new Corvette Stingray you could desire. They have the HPE500 pack, the aforementioned HPE600 upgrade, this HPE700 available in supercharged or twin-turbocharged specification, the HPE800 twin-turbo upgrade and finally the HPE1000.
Whereas 100 units of the HPE700 supercharged upgrade will be produced for the 2014 model year, just 24 units of the twin-turbo HPE700 will be offered this year. The following dyno video shows one of the very first twin-turbo powerplants. The car manages to produce an extremely impressive 708 hp at 6,300rpm.
