We brought you the overview of the race at Misano Circuit last weekend during the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo series. This was the second event of the season held at night. The competitors gathered at the Misano race circuit in the coastal province of Rimini together with 4.226kms of the artificial lighting and 17 generators. It is the first time Lamborghini runs the Super Trofeo at night.
David Kaiser has sent us more photos from the circuit and they include those of the Lamborghini Veneno, Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and the coupe model all at the paddock and also doing VIP laps at the circuit. The Misano Circuit is special as it was renamed to commemorate the passing of local MotoGP star Marco Simoncelli.
Remember, this event is followed closely by the 50th Anniversary Lamborghini Grande Giro, a convoy of 350 Lamborghini’s that will leave Milan tomorrow heading through the beautiful landscapes of Lombardia, Toscana, Lazio, Umbria, Emilia Romagna and of course, Bologna.
