Although the Pagani Huayra and Ferrari F12 Berlinetta both feature V12 engines exceeding 6.0-liters producing over 730hp, the two cars could not be any more different.
Not only is the Huayra well over three times more expensive than the F12 Berlinetta, it’s significantly more exclusive with no more than ten being built each and every year and it features hand-made components and craftsmanship which the robots at Ferrari would have no hope of matching.
The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta on the other hand is the car of the two more specially built for the racetrack, with much of its development being performed on Ferrari’s own Fiorano test track. With all that being said then, one could easily assume that the F12 Berlinetta would trounce the Pagani on track, right?
Well, in the following video, the folks at Germany’s Sport Auto pitted the two supercars against each other on track to find out which is the most potent track-day machine.
The video has no commentary, meaning you’ll have over fivev minutes to just sit back and enjoy the sound of 24 cylinders, over 12 liters and more than 1,400hp being driven to the absolute max!
I been looking everywhere for F12 track test or laptimes, why are they so rare.
