As far as French revival car company’s go, Facel are up with the best of them. A new set of renderings have been unveiled via a Facebook site which promote a new Vega Concept. Details are non-existent at the moment, but the photos are at least interesting to look at!
The Facel Vega was quite a successful car in its day. Unveiled at the 1954 Paris Auto Show, the Vega was a two-door coupe using a Chrysler V8 engine. More recently, it provided a bit of influence for the controversial McLaren X1 Project.
The renderings are quite conservative. They present a two-door coupe that looks to be based on the Chevrolet Camaro. Let us know what you think.
