German-based Fostla has created and wrapped this 2012 Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG. They dubbed the project Gold Liquid, a name matching the Metallic Matte Yellow PWF foil. The wheels were first powder coated in Gloss Black and then foiled in the Yellow body color to make the looks uniform.

The SL 55 is fitted with a 2008 facelift conversion and widebody kit developed by tuner Prior Design. The PD-Series kit includes modified wheel arches, side skirts and bumpers. Other additions include a black front grille in a honeycomb design, a powder coated rear diffuser, black glossy powder coated quad exhaust tips and tinted side windows, headlamps and taillights.

A lowering kit brings the Merc closer to the ground. The wheels are sizing 10.5×20 inch at the front axle and 12.5×20 inch at the rear axle while the tires measure 265/30-20 and 325/25-20.

On the technical level, a software optimization and new exhaust system boost the stock 500hp in the V8 to 580hp. The total package will set you back $39,000.
