Yesterday, the 27th of May 2012, the Shanghai Formula 1 Circuit played host to one of the biggest – if not the biggest – supercar gatherings of all time. We’ve seen these Chinese supercar meetings before at this same circuit. However, now it seems that the rich have gotten just that little bit richer! As you’ll see from the photos, the standard Bugatti Veyron has been pushed back to the second row to make way for three Veyron Super Sports!
These fantastic pictures come courtesy of Flickr user Yang0302. They show a whole range of cars packing out the Chinese Formula 1 circuit ranging from the humble Nissan GT-R right up to the trackday special Pagani Zonda R. The photographer commented that the only thing missing was an Aston Martin One-77. You’ll spot a Koenigsegg Agera, Pagani Zonda, Lexus LFA, Lamborghini Aventador and three Ferrari Enzo’s among the cars.
Interestingly, you’ll also spot a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, the same model displayed at the Beijing Auto Show recently. Carrera GT’s, Ferrari 599 GTO’s and plenty of Ferrari 458 Italia’s were on display. We think that plenty of the cars were from the FFF garage we featured at the start of the year. It is a really stunning sight!
Unique Motorsport hold trackdays every month we are told as part of a social calender for supercar owners. Members of the Club get access to knowledge and experience of other members. The idea is that supercar owners learn in a safe environment how to handle their cars. The photoshoot and parade lap you see here was just a small part of the day.
