Ansho Bijlmakers created a gallery of Koenigsegg Agera R photos for us to enjoy. He attended the GranTurismo Nurburgring 2012 event earlier in the year where he managed to capture the supercar in a variety of locations. This paricular Koenigsegg was one of two at the event. The other was a matte black Koenigsegg CCXR!

The Koenigsegg Agera R features a 5.0 liter twin-turbo V8 engine tuned to produce 1,115hp at 6,900rpm with the redline set at 7,250rpm. For the 2013 model, the rev limiter has been raised from 7,250rpm to 7,500rpm, raising power from 940 to 960hp on 98 Ron (93 din) fuel for the Agera and from 1,115 to 1,140hp for the Agera R on E85.

The chassis consists of a carbon fiber with aluminium honeycomb and integrated fuel tanks for optimal weight distribution and safety. Front and rear suspensio include double wishbones and two-way adjustable VPS gas-hydraulic shock absorbers, pushrod operated. Triplex damper is outfitted to the rear. It also has an electronically adjustable ride height.

KES (Koenigsegg Electronic Stability) is now standard on all Koenigsegg models. One of the best features of the 2013 Agera R is its hollow, one piece, super light carbon fiber wheel. They are produced using a proprietary method developed by Koenigsegg named Aircore™ Technology. The Aircore™ wheels save close to 20kg in unsprung mass.
