This is the first official action footage of the brand new 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG released ahead of its official debut at the 2012 New York Auto Show next month.
The twin-turbocharged (M 279) AMG 6.0 liter V12 engine develops a maximum power output of 630hp between 4,800-5,400rpm and torque of 1,000 newton meters from 2,300rpm-4,300rpm. The result is a 0-100km/h sprint of 4.0 seconds, 200km/h in 11.8 seconds and a top sepeed electronically limited to 250km/h.
