2013 BMW F12M M6 Release at Geneva Auto Salon 2012

The all-new 2013 BMW F12M M6 is heading our way with an official release at the Geneva Auto Salon 2012. It will be the most powerful coupé in BMW’s history when it goes on sale this summer. A convertible is likely to follow by the end of 2012, according to Autocar.

The M6 gets the same 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 as the M5, producing 560hp and 680Nm of torque. It will likely be paired to seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission which should enable the car to accelerate from 0-100km/h in less than 4.5 seconds. The M6’s rear-drive chassis has been tuned extensively at the Nürburgring.
