A car spotter at Carspotting.com came across this unique and bizarre Audi R8 V8 with massive airducts fitted to the rear engine cover. According to insiders, the airducts were added to provide more cooling to the MTM bi-turbocharged setup in the back of the Audi sports car from the UAE.

Overkill?!?!
Cooling problems for supercharged Audi R8s in the Middle East and other warm countries around the globe is something that both PPI and MTM have dealt with. It leads to wonderful solutions :)
These are not mounted for engine cooling. They are for intercoolers cooling – bi-turbocharged setup anyone.
