ProStreet.dk photographers also managed to get snaps of the 2012 Audi S8 testing at the Nurburgring almost completely undisguised. Visually, the car has very few upgrades giving it a subtle look. Aside from the S8 badging, four exhaust tips are obvious, expect a new interior and a semi-automatic gearbox.
The luxury limo will feature a twin-turbocharged 4.0 liter V8, downgrading from the V10 found in the current S8. This engine will also feature in the S6, S7 and an entry level Bentley at some stage in the future. For the S8 though, expect 500hp to made available.
