Video Mercedes Sets New Drifting Guinness World Record

Mercedes-Benz has released today that over the weekend driver Mauro Calo managed to break the Guinness World Record for the longest drift with a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG.

The previous record was set at 394 meters. The Germans smashed the distance and managed a total distance of 2,308 meters, almost eight laps around a complete 360 degree circle. The event took place on the Handling Circuit at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge Surrey.
