The guys at TeamSpeed have created a set speculation pictures of the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider. The pictures are of course not confirmed by Ferrari, but we could probably expect something very close. The renderings show how a 458 Italia drop top could look like. Besides that there’s also a first glimpse how a Challenge version could look like.
The new Ferrari 458 Italia Spider will most certainly feature the same new 4.5-liter V8 engine found in the coupé. Using the double clutch and seven speed gearbox that offers a staggering 570bhp together with 540Nm. The Ferrari 458 Italia is said to be the fastest ‘prancing horse’ ever built with a top speed of 203mph (325km/h) and a 0-62mph (100km/h) sprint of less than 3.5 seconds.
