GTspirit proudly announce a fantastic new collaboration as official partners to the Diamond Drift Rally 2007. The Diamond Drift – a welcome new addition to the rally calendar – is the creation of Jerome Fohet, a fiercely-passionate road demon of several rallies including the Gumball 3000 and other underground events in Europe and in the US.
Diamond Drift consists of a team highly experienced in the organisation of auto events – with professional rallies and race events such as F1, F3000 and the Le Mans Series under their belts. Jerome’s own exhilerating experiences and his romance with driving has led him to create the freshly enticing concept of Diamond Drift.
Jerome’s aim is to ensure a unique driving experience coupled with luxurious stops and some hard partying at a price that won’t make participants head for the hills. Starting in California, lapping up 2000 miles of incredible US highways, culminating in a return to the Sunshine State, Diamond Drift will appeal to a multitude of people who want to experience the thrill of the drive and the ultimate dose of fun.
GTspirit will be acting as the official forum, video and pictures site for the rally, and will join other partners like CarDomain, Hyatt Hotels and Stillen in supporting the event.
