Yes! Rumors of a Jaguar F-Pace SVR in the making have been going around for a long time now, and the following set of photos from our spy photographer seem to prove that the F-Pace SVR will soon become a reality!
Currently the most potent F-Pace packs a 380 hp supercharged V6, but we know Jaguar can do us one better. The intense 550 hp 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that we know from the F-Type and Range Rover Sport SVR is likely to power the F-Pace that will feature the SVR badge.
Although there are sources that say Jaguar might be able to squeeze 500 horsepower out of the supercharged V6, we think that they would be going to a whole lot of trouble developing an all-new powertrain considering that their fantastic supercharged V8 is sitting ready to rumble.
It seems very likely that the Jaguar F-Pace SVR will celebrate its world debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. We cannot wait!
