Pricing for the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate, otherwise known as the ‘T-Modell’ (S213), has just been released in the UK. For the entry level diesel (E 220 d), prices start at £37,935, while £40,430 is the price tag on the AMG-line version of the same model.

The 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo-charged diesel is expected to be one of the top sellers in Europe, as it will be especially attractive to lease thanks to the car’s fuel efficiency and relatively low emissions. The E 220 d produces a steady 194 hp and 400 Nm of torque and comes with the very efficient 9G-Tronic gearbox as standard.

Prospective buyers looking for an even more efficient E-Class estate will have to wait a little while longer, as the E 200 d entry model with 150 hp and only 102 g/km of CO2 emissions has just been added to the line up and pricing is yet to be released.

Future buyers looking for something more powerful will have to wait until October and the end of the year, when Mercedes-Benz will officially release UK pricing for the more powerful E 350 D 3.0-liter V6 and E 43 AMG 3.0-liter V6 Biturbo models.
