ABT has officially revealed their take on the Audi QS3.
The ABT QS3 is ABT’s answer to those looking for a bit more style and performance out of their standard SUV.
In terms of performance, ABT has taken the base platform and tuned it to all new levels of performance. “We wanted to show that compact dimensions, a powerful performance and premium standards can be perfectly combined,” says Hans-Jürgen Abt.
The 184 hp 2.0 TDI version of the Q3 has now been upgraded to produce 210 hp. Even the base model 2.0-liter diesel engine receives a horsepower bump of 180 horsepower up from the 150 horsepower from the factory.
Along with these increases in power come chassis upgrades as well. ABT has taken the Q3 and lowered the QS3’s center of gravity by 25 mm on the front axle and 35 mm on the rear axle. According to ABT, the QS3 handles as though it were on rails.
ABT has also fitted a stylish aerodynamic package as well. The package was designed to convey a sense of sportiness and includes a front skirt, mirror caps, rear spoiler, rear skirt plus a four-tailpipe exhaust.
