Fifteen hours gone at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2016 and Toyota has managed to hold the lead with the #6 TS050 Hybrid. Porsche is currently second with the #2 919 Hybrid while the second Toyota is third. Nine more hours to go!

The #6 Toyota TS050 Hybrid has commandeered the race, holding the lead for most part of the now gone 15 hours. Stephane Sarrazin is currently at the wheel having taken over from Kobayashi, they hold a 5s gap over the #2 Porsche 919 Hybrid of Romain Dumas. Nakajima Kazuki is third in the #5 Toyota.

Audi has had its fair share of troubles in the race, the #7 car went back to the garage with more problems and is currently 11 laps behind the leader, in fifth place. Lucas Di Grassi is fourth in the #8 car, some two laps behind the leader. Porsche’s #1 car also hit trouble after overheating, and spent 38 laps in the garage. The car is currently running in 41st place, just ahead of the #12 Rebellion Racing LMP1 car.

Signatech Alpine continues to hold the lead in LMP2 class, leading Thiriet by TDS Racing and the #26 G-Drive Racing Oreca-05 Nissan car.

After playing catch-up for quite some time with the Fords, Risi Competizione now leads the LMGTE-Pro class with the #82 Ferrari 488 GTE. Ford holds second and third places in this class with the #68 and #69 cars.

Ferrari also leads the AM class with Scuderia Corsa’s #62 Ferrari 458 Italia. Patrick Long is second in class with the #88 Abu Dhabi Proton Racing Porsche 911 RSR, leading the #83 AF Corse Ferrari 458 Italia.
