A prototype of the 2017 Camaro Z/28 has crashed while undergoing testing at the Nurburgring.

The crash occured at the hands of a Chevrolet test driver while the car was being pushed hard through a left hand corner. Chevy has confirmed that nobody was hurt in the crash. The car itself only suffered minor, fixable damage.

The crash occurs at the 1:35 mark in the video above. While many are speculating the Z/28 will be powered by a twin-turbo V6, the noise from the video sound suspiciously like a V8. Check out the video and listen for yourself and tell us what you think in the comments.
