Earlier this week the first customers of the Bentley Bentayga had the opportunity to attend an exclusive handover event at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe UK, which marks the official kick-off of Bentayga deliveries.
The first edition models are something special to suit the exclusive handover event. The first edition Bentayga’s boast enhanced specifications with unique interior and exterior styling and details.
The handover event marks an important milestone in Bentley history, as the Bentayga is the fourth model line to be built in Crewe alongside the Continental GT, Flying Spur and Mulsanne. Production specifics show that it takes more than 130 hours to produce a Bentayga. Guests of the exclusive event were given the opportunity of a full tour around the Bentayga production line.
Kevin Rose, Member of the Board for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales commented, “This is an historic day for Bentley and it is a great testament to all the work which has gone in to producing Bentayga, the fastest and most luxurious SUV in the world.
Worldwide deliveries in regions other than the UK are to commence shortly.

There are always certain celebrities and loyal clients that get their car way before the “official” handover event / delivery kick-off, possibly at a higher price. A few Bentayga’s have already been spotted in London over the past few weeks, so the kickoff event is just a formality.
