FAB Design have officially released images and details of another radical project they will be debuting at the Geneva Motor Show 2016, the VAYU GTR that is based on the McLaren 650S Coupe.

We first saw the VAYU in RPR Spider form at the Geneva Motorshow 2015 and now we see the coupe offering. As you can see, the McLaren’s body has been heavily modified and is instantly recognisable as a FAB Design creation featuring a plethora of carbon fibre panels.

The total package is made up of new fenders all around, the enhanced aerodynamic front as well as the side skirts and the down force optimizing rear bumper including diffusor achieve an extremely aggressive look. As with all of their other projects, FAB Design have designed and manufactured their very own wheels.

The changes have not just been made exclusively to the exterior either. Through “optimisations” the VAYU GTR produces an addition 32 horsepower than the standard 650S on which it is based bringing the total sum to a staggering 673 horsepower. Furthermore, FAB have tinkered with the exhaust which is said to sound glorious.

No project would be complete without a host of interior options. As with the exterior, a number of carbon options in addition to the usual leathers are available in dozens of different combinations to allow customers to be as creative as possible. Be sure to stay tuned with our coverage of the Geneva Motor Show 2016 for more on the FAB Design McLaren 650S VAYU GTR.
