After having celebrated its official debut at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, the Porsche Macan GTS is making its American debut at the 2016 Detroit Motor Show. The little brother of the Porsche Cayenne GTS, is set to fill the gap between the Porsche Macan S and Porsche Macan Turbo.

The luxury SUV packs a twin-turbocharged V6 outputting 360hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. Fitted with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission, power is distributed to all four wheels. A sprint to a 100 km/h takes the Porsche Macan GTS only 4.8 seconds, while a top speed of 255 km/h can be achieved with the Sport Chrono Package installed.

In terms of design, the Porsche Macan GTS is finished with several gloss black accents and a special set of 20-inch RS Spyder design wheels to differentiate it from other Porsche Macan models.

Priced at $67,200 in the United States, the Porsche Macan GTS will arrive at local dealerships in March 2016. The Porsche Macan GTS was already available for order in Germany back in October 2015, at a price of €73,400.
