The votes are count and we are ready to announce the winners of our annual awards! This year voting for the GTspirit Awards was limited to our editorial team only. In total 20 members of our team voted their top 3 in every category; awarding 3 points to their #1, 2 points to the #2 and 1 point to the #3. The nominee with the most points in each category wins.

And the winner is… The Porsche Cayman GT4! Praised by both Porsche fans as car collectors world wide, the Cayman GT4 stole the hearts of our editors too. In total our editors had 120 votes to award in this category and the Cayman GT4 received 25. The second best car in this category is another Porsche; the extreme Porsche 911 GT3 RS, just one point ahead of the Lamborghini Aventador SV.

The star of the Frankfurt Motor Show wins the GTspirit Concept Car of the Year award! The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo surprised the entire industry with a daring design and partnership with the Gran Turismo gaming franchise. The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo received more than one third of the points in this category. Runner up in this category is the all-electric Porsche Mission-E Concept and the top 3 is complemented by the stunning Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept.

The 1,000hp McLaren P1 GTR has been voted as the Track Car of 2015! Built to celebrate the 20th anniversary of McLaren’s 1995 Le Mans win this is the ultimate track machine money can buy. A special program has been put in place for owners to enjoy their car to the fullest at some of the world’s most exciting race tracks. Apart from the performance, the P1 GTR is also praised for its out-of-this-world looks. The Top 3 in this category is complemented by the Ferrari FXX-K and the Aston Martin Vulcan that also operate in the multi-million non-street legal track car market.

Making one of the best and fastest all-round cars even faster and more exclusive is not an easy task. But ABT did a great job with their ABT RS6-R. Based on Audi’s performance wagon, the Audi RS6, ABT takes the RS6 to new levels of supercar rivaling performance and out of this world sound. At some distance behind the ABT RS6-R we find the Brabus Rocket 900, the 900hp S65 AMG conversion, and the Mansory Huracan Torofeo.

After securing the #1 and #2 spots for the Car of the Year 2015 award and a #2 qualification in the Concept Car of the Year category, Porsche also takes home the overall win in the Manufacturer of the Year category. With two very desirable sportscars and an exciting electric concept car scoring top positions, Porsche’s title as Manufacturer of the Year 2015 is well deserved. Mercedes-Benz and Lamborghini round up the top 3 this year.
