A wrecked Lamborghini Aventador has been auction in Dubai for AED 350,000 ($100,000). The Emirati national who bought the car stated that he is keen to repair the Aventador, which will surely cost thousands of dollars considering its current state. The vehicle was involved in a “rollover accident” after the driver lost control, causing the Lamborghini to hit a pavement before ‘jumping’ into the air and finally landing on its wheels.

As one can see in the above video, the Aventador is in complete shambles. It has been destructed from all sides and it’s actually surprising to see someone even paid $100,000 for it. As mentioned above, repairs are not going to be cheap and the car will probably be tucked away at the workshop for a very long time.

The Aventador is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 engine that produces 700 hp and 690 Nm of torque. The power is then transmitted to all the wheels of the car via a seven-speed ISR transmission. The Aventador can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and has an electronically limited top-speed of 350 km/h.
