On Sunday 8 November, fifty Aston Martins gathered together for the premiere of ‘DB10: Built for Bond’, a one-hour documentary tracing the creation of the Aston Martin DB10 for the latest James Bond film ‘Spectre’.

The film comes thanks to FIN London and was filmed over 18-months with in excess of 120 hours of 4K footage being captured. Beyond following the actual build process of the ten units of the DB10, the documentary also includes interviews with actor Daniel Craig, ‘Spectre’ director Sam Mendes and the producer of the latest James Bond film, Michael G. Wilson.

The premiere of ‘DB10: Built for Bond’ took place at Blenheim Palace and saw the grounds of the palace being transformed into a drive-in cinema exclusively for Aston Martins.

Discussing the event, Aston Martin chief executive officer Marek Reichman said “I’m delighted to finally share DB10: Built for Bond. Since the car was unveiled at Pinewood Studios in December 2014 we have been overwhelmed by the positive response around the world. The film highlights the skill, care and attention to detail that goes into every Aston Martin. I’m extremely proud of the team who have brought the DB10 from concept to reality and feel confident that we have created a sports car that epitomises Bond.”
